We dispatch fast and we keep the timelines honest — no inflated promises, just when to actually expect it.
When we dispatch- Same-day: order by 12:00 PM (PST) and it ships the same day via a registered courier.
- Next-day: order after 12:00 PM and it ships the next working day.
- Sundays & national holidays: orders are processed and shipped the following working day.
Delivery typically takes 1 to 5 working days. Heads up — there are no deliveries on Sundays.
During peak shopping seasons or mega-sale events, delivery can take up to 7 working days thanks to the higher order volume. We'll always get it moving as quick as we can.

Exchange & Return
We make pieces we'd wear ourselves, and we want you in the right one. So if the fit's off, we'll sort it — here's exactly how it works. No fine-print traps, just the real terms.
The short version
All sales are final, so we don't do refunds. We do do exchanges — you've got 7 days from the day your order lands to ask for one.
What's eligible
For an exchange to go through, the piece needs to come back the way it left us:
- Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- With all original tags and packaging intact
A few things that won't qualify: anything used, washed, altered, or damaged, and accessories (these aren't eligible for exchange).

Bought it on sale?
If you bought during a sale, promo, or markdown, the exchange is processed at the item's current selling price.
Damaged, wrong, or defective
Got something that isn't right? Tell us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we'll make it good.
Who covers the courier
If the exchange is down to sizing, a change of mind, or anything that isn't on us, the courier charges for sending it back and getting the new one are covered by you. If the mistake was ours, that's on us.
How long it takes
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick inspection, the replacement goes out. Exchange processing usually takes 5–10 business days after we receive the returned parcel.
Lowkey reserves the right to decline exchange requests that don't meet the conditions above. Anything unclear — just message us, we'd rather talk it through. 🖤
