At LOWKEY, we want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t feel right, we offer easy exchanges to make sure you get the perfect fit.

🔁 EXCHANGES

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of order delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of approval.

• If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A different size

  • A different product

🚫 RETURNS / REFUNDS

• We do not offer refunds.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned for a refund.

• Sale items and discounted purchases are not eligible for refunds.

2. Enter your order number and registered email/phone number

3. Select the item you want to exchange and choose your preferred option
