We want you in the right fit. If something's not right, exchanging it is easy — here's exactly how it works.

Exchanges

• Accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The piece must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags intact.
• Subject to product availability at the time of approval.
• If your size or product isn't available, you can pick a different size or a different product.

Returns & refunds

• All sales are final — we don't offer refunds.
• Once an order is placed, it can't be returned for a refund.
• Sale and discounted items aren't eligible.

How to start an exchange

1. Head to our exchange portal.
2. Enter your order number and the email or phone you used to order.
3. Pick the item you want to exchange and choose your option — we'll take it from there.
